sense & sensibility

amelia_petkovaFinished watching Emma Thompson's film adaptation of Sense & Sensibility. Thoughts:
--I mostly love it. My biggest complaint is that Colonel Brandon isn't supposed to be sexy but on the other hand, Alan Rickman is awesome.
--I can't stand Hugh Laurie as House but he's fantastic in this movie as Mr. Palmer.
--Margaret is actually developed as a character!
--My favorite moment is probably the epic cat fight between Fanny and Lucy Steele when Fanny finds out that Lucy's secretly engaged to her brother. I'm going to watch the movie again and hit rewind when I get to that part.
