the joys of dining out

You can laugh if you like, but I had never tried Mexican food until recently (I'm 23 years old). I finally did recently (went out with friends to a restaurant) and all went well; I managed to find something where the only meat was chicken and nothing was spicy. There could have been less guacamole and more sour cream, but it tasted good.

My greatest delight was that my corn tacos were blue. I had blue food! I kept saying to my friends. I ordered food and the edible wrapper was blue!

I really haven't tried many different kinds of ethnic foods. Not because I avoid them; I just never get around to it. That's one of the things I hope to work on.
