Wales, Day 4

For once, I woke up and got out of the hostel without being attacked by the furniture. Because life enjoys laughing at me, there were no trains going directly from Cardiff to Liverpool Station, and once again I would have to do a transfer in between.
But I had a beautiful day for traveling. I´m not going to spend an entire LJ entry waxing poetic, so I will mostly sum things up by saying that the countryside of Great Britain is incredibly beautiful. The first leg of my journey took three hours, and I spent the entire time looking out my window. I think we drove along the Channel of Bristol at one point. According to the map I looked at when back home, we should have also been near the Thames later, but I don´t remember seeing that river anywhere.
I didn´t realize until this weekend how used I was to having cafe con leche and mandarinas whenever I want. I´m going to be horribly addicted by the time I leave Spain.
I won´t be at all surprised if you guessed that I plan to return to Wales in the future.
