I watched the last half of Revolutionary Girl Utena in the couple of days before I left for Spain, which resulted in rather odd imaginings and thought processes. Apparently some of those ideas are still kicking around, as I recently came up with the idea for a soundtrack to the series.

"I´m Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred (Focusing on Akio and Touga; personally, I spent all the shirtless scenes either laughing or cringing.)

"The Point of No Return" from Phantom of the Opera
"Prospero´s Speech" adapted by Loreena McKennitt (Focusing on Dios.)
"Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" by Aerosmith
"It´s All Been Done" by Barenaked Ladies
"Walk on the Wild Side" by Lou Reed (from littlelotte)

Now, for fun, consider the parallels between Shoujo Kakumei Utena and the second half of Gilgamesh.

This requires that I am able to find a copy of Gilgamesh, then read it. (Cause I don´t remember much of anything.) Perhaps Project Gutenberg...but then I need to have computer access.
