Writer Meme
Oct. 28th, 2006 01:48 pmThis is one I made up a while ago; I think I may have been procrastinating on doing homework. Here is what you do:
--Make a list of the letters of the alphabet.
--Write down the name of a country for each letter.
--Add the name of a writer (author, poet, playwright, etc.) for each country.
I admit, there were a few that I just couldn't do. This meme made me realize that I want the U.S. to publish novels by more foreign writers. (As well as bring in music from other countries coughElisabethcough.) You get imaginary bonus points if you can name countries other than the ones I used. (Advice: an anthology of world poetry was my best friend during this.)
