I think the original meme requests 10 things but I have trouble coming up with that many! Spoilers follow.
Avatar: The Last Airbender
1. Iroh did not like tea the first time he tried it.
2. Azula sometimes fed the turtle ducks when nobody was looking, mostly in a vain attempt to figure out why everybody adores them.
3. Post-series, Toph becomes the crazy honorary aunt who tells the children stories about the embarrassing things their parents did. She is an unreliable narrator.
4. When Omashu was "conquered" Bumi considered putting one of the rock candy rings on Mai because he wanted to see how fast she could beat it.
5. At least a few Air Nomads and benders escaped Sozin's genocide and have been in hiding ever since.
Princess Tutu
1. Drosselmeyer writes fan fiction.
2. Sometimes Uzura startles Ahiru into turning into a duck on purpose because she thinks the look on Fakir's face is funny.
3. When Rue got her first pair of toe shoes, she stayed up all night breaking them in.
4. One of the reasons why Neko-sensei is fixated on marriage is because he heard Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" too often as a kitten.
5. If the students did a production of "The Nutcracker", Lilie would be Fritz because she's always causing trouble.
