Fruit

I finally found pomegranates in the grocery store this afternoon and bought one. I'd been looking for them for ages, since the juice is so good. At least I now know what time of year to look for them! The seeds seemed a little tart; I don't know how to tell if a pomegranate is ripe. Do any of you? And do you eat all of the seeds? It was fun digging them out, though longer and messier work then I expected it to be. I'll cut it up better next time. I'm still happy that I got to eat one. 

Persephone must have had no appetite or been anorexic if she only ate six of those tiny seeds!
