today's dose of sci-fi

You'll need just a bit of background information for this one. The elevator in one of my school's libraries has a strong gust of wind whenever the door opens. Yesterday, I was reading near the elevator. It dinged, and I heard a couple step out.

Girl: Wow, that's a lot of wind and noise. I feel like I'm in Doctor Who!
Guy: Yeah.

Sadly, I was too slow to tell them I agree before they walked away. So...elevator = TARDIS, yes?
